There is an image of this cultivar on the Hosta Library. From the photo on the HL website, it appears to be a giant size, upright hosta with intensely blue-green leaves. This non-registered cultivar possibly originated at Hadspen House in England.

The Fransen Hostas site thinks that this is actually H. 'Blue Angel'.
