Registered by Haitao Li of Harbin/Heilongjiang, China in 2020, this slow growing, miniature size (5.9 inches high by 30 inches wide) cultivar is a hybrid of "Li Seedling 2013-4-04" × "Li Seedling 2011-24-03"'. It has an upright form and greenish-yellow, broadly ovate foliage that is slightly cupped and slightly shiny on top. Pale lavender, bell-shaped flowers which emerge white and turn lavender bloom in August followed by viable seeds in black pods.

The registration materials state: "...Light green early turning slightly yellow in summer.  White flowers slowly turn lavender after blooming...tender green early turning yellowish later ."
