There is an image of this cultivar on the Hosta Library. From the photo on the HL website, it appears to be a medium size hosta with light yellow foliage. This non-registered cultivar was originated by Van Wade of Wade and Gatton Nursery (Closed 2019) of Ohio.  

Would you suspect that this is an all-green sport of H. 'Fascination'?
