Although it looks as if the label pertains to the medium size dark green hosta, we suspect that it is actually meant for the much smaller green plants behind the sign's stake. Also, there is a cultivar called H. 'Green Eyes' but that plant has very narrow leaves that are very light yellow with a narrow green marginal variegation.
