This hybrid of an unnamed seedling x H. venusta was originated by Keith Squires of Canada and registered on his behalf by Peter Ruh of Ohio in 2005. It forms a miniature size plant about 4½ inches high with a spread of around 9 inches. The wavy leaves are shiny on the underside. elliptic to ovate and have smooth texture. Pale purple flowers bloom in July.
