Originated by
Mark Zilis of Illinois, this small size (9 inches high by 12 inches
wide) cultivar is a sport of H. 'Gila River'. It was
registered in 2015 by
Jim Schwarz of
Jim's Hostas of Iowa (now owned by
Uniquely
Hostas of Wisconsin) . The chartreuse to
golden yellow foliage is heavily rippled, lanceolate and
slightly shiny on top. Pale purple, tubular flowers
bloom from mid-July into August.
