Originated by Jeff Miller of Land of the Giants Hosta Farm in Wisconsin, this non-registered cultivar is a small size hosta with long blue-green foliage. The leaves have white backs and purple petioles. It is a fast growing plant.

According to Land of the Giants Hosta Farm website, "New introduction from Captain Jeff Miller from the Starship Giantland Enterprise… named to honor his good hosta friend Amy who loves everything Star Trek. This adorable hosta makes a small mound of long blue/green leaves with nice white backs on long, purple petioles. It is a fast grower and a must have for all you Trekkies!"
