Originated by
Jeff
Miller of Land of the Giants Hosta Farm in Wisconsin,
this giant size, non-registered cultivar is a sport of
H. ‘Blue
Angel’. It has chartreuse colored leaves with darker
green marginal variegation. The foliage is slightly
corrugated, broadly ovate-oblong shaped and has thick
substance. The near-white, funnel shape flowers bloom in
dense clusters from late June into July followed by
viable seeds.
The originator says,
"This hosta colors up quicker and has a wider margin
than ‘Beckoning’."
