This H. sieboldii-type cultivar was registered by Peter Ruh of Ohio in 2005. It grows into a small size hosta about 8 inches in height with a width of 23 inches. The leaves are shiny on the top and dull on the bottom. Its medium purple flowers bloom in August.

We would suspect that this was a plant originated by Julia Geissler...but we don't know for sure.
