this large size (26 inches high by 55 inches wide) cultivar is a seedling of H. 'Sea Gulf Stream' ×
H. 'Sagae'. The leaves are blue-green, heavily
rippled, dull on top and lightly folded. Pale lavender
flowers with slightly darker stripes from June into July
on scapes from 38 to 51 inches tall. The
registration materials state: "...Large blue-green,
smooth leaves...blue-green color darkens slightly as the
season progresses."
