Steve Schulte of Wisconsin originated this non-registered seedling of H. 'Independence Day'. It is a large size hosta which grows to about 20 inches in height with a spread of around 50 inches. The leaves have gold foliage that is ovate and moderately corrugated. It bears flowers in July.
