A picture of this cultivar was shown in The British Hosta and Hemerocallis Society Journal (Vol. 5 Autumn Issue 2021) where it is labeled as "...a H. 'Allegan Fog' cytoplasm". The plant shown appears to be a small size, green plant with creamy white streaked variegation. The leaves are long and narrow in shape with some ripples along the margins.
