this cultivar is an upright growing seedling of H. 'Clear Fork River Valley' ×
H. 'Glass Slipper'. It is a large size plant
about 26 inches high by 42 inches wide. The foliage is
powder blue-green, moderately cupped, moderately
corrugated with prominent veins. Near white flowers
bloom from mid-July into August on scapes up to 34
inches tall followed by viable seeds. The
registration materials state: "Powder blue cupped
leaves with pointed tips are moderately rugose with
prominent veins. Each cordate leaf base overlaps itself
just atop the glaucous petiole." |
