There is an image of this cultivar on the Hosta Library. From the photos, it appears to be a medium size hosta with blue-green foliage and creamy white medial (center) variegation with some green specks in the middle of the leaf.  

There is a daylily called 'Fire and Fog'...could this be a case of mislabeling?
