This cultivar is
"probably" a
seedling of
H. nakaiana from
Florence Shaw of
Massachusetts which was registered on her behalf by
Kevin Walek (Hosta Registrar) in 2009. It is a small size plant about 10 inches
in height with a spread of around 33 inches. The foliage
is green, moderately wavy, dull on top, shiny on the
bottom, broadly ovate, heart shaped and has thin substance. It
blooms from June into July and bears
many seed pods on scapes about 30 inches tall. According to
The Hostapedia by Mark Zilis (2009), "...mainly of historical interest."
