This open-pollinated seedling of H. 'Big Sam' was registered by Steve Moldovan of Moldovan Gardens in Ohio in 1983. A giant size plant, it grows into a giant size hosta up to 48 inches in height with a spread of 66 inches. The dark green foliage is ruffled. Lavender flowers are produced in July and August.
