A sport of H. 'Guardian
Angel', this cultivar was originated by
Floyd and Carolyn Broussard and registered by
Kevin Walek of Virginia
in 2000. The mound is medium size (17 inches high) and the plant emerges with
speckled foliage that turns all green by later summer. Near
white flowers bloom from late June into July.
According to
The Hostapedia by Mark Zilis (2009), this cultivar "...served as the "convention plant"
(each attendee received one) of the 2003
National Convention of
The American Hosta Society in the Washington D.C. area."
