There is an image of this cultivar on the Hosta Library. From the photo on the HL website, it appears to be a medium size hosta with yellow foliage that has a light green marginal variegation. This  sport of H. 'Warwick Essence' is a non-registered cultivar originated by Jan van den Top of the Netherlands.  It has near white flowers in July.
