this rhizomatous, large size (20 inches high by 36
inches wide) cultivar is a seedling of an unnamed
seedling hosta ×
H. 'Blue Umbrellas'. The slightly blue-green
foliage is slightly rippled at the margins, slightly
shiny on top. They are moderately corrugated, slightly
wavy and slightly folded. Pale lavender flowers bloom
from July into August on scapes 16 to 28 inches tall. It
sets seeds but their viability was not known at the time
of registration. The
registration materials state: "...Nice corrugation on
shiny, slightly folded leaves."
