Olive Bailey Langdon of Alabama
registered this fast growing sport of H. 'Maya' in 1981. It is a small size plant about 8 inches high
with a spread of around 24 inches. The narrow foliage is
elliptic, rippled and green in color. Pale lavender
flowers are borne from late July into August.
According to
The Hostapedia by Mark Zilis (2009), "Though registered as a sport of 'Maya',...shows no
relationship to it and more likely has a
Hosta
sieboldii background."
