'Elp' is a medium size, non-registered cultivar of unidentified parentage from Ron Livingston of Michigan. It is an upright, blue-green hosta with narrowly ovate leaves that come to a pointed tip.

Although there are several possibilities for the name Elp, we think the most likely is that it refers to the rock group, Emerson, Lake and Palmer often called ELP...just a guess.
