Registered by Stuart Asch of Michigan in 2009, this
large size (20 inches high by 42 inches wide) cultivar is a seedling of H. 'William Lachman'.
The foliage is dark green with cream colored marginal
variegation. Its leaves are broadly ovate, slightly
corrugated, moderately wavy, moderately folded and
slightly shiny on top. Tubular, slightly striped flowers
bloom from June into
July on scapes up to 37 inches
tall.
According to the registration materials: "...mature leaves are nicely folded and cupped. Keeps color
late into the season. Some leaves are streaked. Nice
contrast between cream edge and deep green center.
Folded bracts add interest when flower..."
