There is an image of this cultivar on the Hosta Library. From the photo, it appears to be a small size hosta with yellow leaves and green marginal or streaked variegation. It is a sport of H. 'Fortunei Hyacinthina'. Pale lavender flowers that are funnel shaped form on 36 inch tall scapes from late July into August.
