Registered by
Mark Zilis of Illinois in
2010,
this very slow growing cultivar is a sport of H. 'Dorset
Clown'. It is a small size hosta about 9 inches high
by 22 inches wide with intensely blue-green foliage. The
leaves are ovate shape, deeply wavy and heavily
corrugated. It bears pale lavender flowers in July on
scapes 15 to 20 inches tall but the viability of the
seeds was unknown at the time of registration. The
registration materials state: "...small mound of
very thick, deep blue foliage...dark green by mid-August ."
