Originated by
Dr. Ed Elslager of Michigan, this non-registered cultivar is of unidentified parentage. It is a large size hosta which grows
to about 19 inches high by 38 inches wide. The foliage
is blue-green with streaks of light green, yellow and
creamy white. Some leaves are dark green with a yellow
medial (center) variegation. Its leaf blades are heavily
corrugated, very broadly ovate and convexly (downward)
cupped with thick substance. Flowers bloom from mid-June
into July on scapes up to 22 inches tall followed by
seed pods.
