Originated by Kichigoro Suzuki of Japan and LeRoy Davidson of Washington, this non-registered cultivar is of unidentified parentage but has H. kikutii in its background. It is a medium size hosta with green leaves and showy lavender flowers in August.

According to The Hostapedia by Mark Zilis (2009), this is an incorrect or outdated name for H. 'Blythe Spirit'.
