This cultivar is a seedling of H. 'Sieboldiana' which was registered by Peter Ruh of Ohio in 2002. It is a medium size plant about 16 inches high by 44 inches wide with blue-green foliage. The leaves are heavily corrugated, cupped and have thick substance. Near white flowers bloom from mid-June into July.
