This hybrid of H. 'Mona Lisa' × an unidentified hosta, was registered by
Dick and Jane Ward of Ohio in 2009.
The mound grows into a giant size hosta about 30 inches in height and a spread of 40
inches. Its foliage is twisted, highly corrugated and nearly
round with a cordate base. The leaves have thick substance and
are dull on top and bottom. Tubular flowers bloom from June into
mid-July.
This cultivar was originally called H. 'Mona
Lisa's Child' before being registered under this name.
