There is an image of this cultivar on the Hosta Library. From the photo on the HL website, it appears to be a medium size hosta with long and narrow yellowish green foliage with prominent veins. This non-registered cultivar was originated by Hans Ejler Hansen of Hosta Danmark in Denmark. 

This hosta has a unique patchy type of variegation which was thought to be caused by Hosta Virus X. However, the nursery in Denmark who have the plant say that they have had it tested and the results were negative.
