This
tissue culture sport of H. 'Tiny Tears' was registered by
Mark Zilis of Illinois in 2003. Its leaves
are heavily streaked green and creamy white. The mound grows into
a miniature size hosta
about 4 inches in height with a spread of 12 inches. It bears
purple flowers from late June into July. According to
The Hostapedia by Mark Zilis (2009), "The main value of this plant may be its potential for
breeding miniature variegated plants."
