Originated by Tony Avent of Plant Delights Nursery in North Carolina, this non-registered cultivar is a seedling with H. kikutii, H. 'Blue Mouse Ears', H. 'Gemstone', H. 'Cheatin Heart' in its background. It is a small size hosta about 8 inches tall by 22 inches wide with corrugated, wavy blue-green foliage.

There is also a cultivar named H. 'Crazy Mouse Ears'.
