this cultivar is a medium size (16 inches high by 38
inches wide) seedling of (H. 'Frosted Dimples' ×
H. 'Sea Frolic') ×
H. 'Candy Dish'. It is a medium blue-green hosta
with foliage that is nearly round, heavily rippled,
slightly twisted, convexly cupped, heavily corrugated
and deeply wavy. Pale lavender flowers with an interior
medium lavender center, white throat and margins bloom
in August. The scapes are 17 to 20 inches tall and they
bear viable seeds. The
registration materials state: "...Medium sized
dense mound of wavy blue, white backed leaves. From a
forced piece of 'Candy Dish'...lightly twisted &
convexly cupped, and deeply wavy & corrugated overall. ."
