this small to medium size (12 inches high by 26 inches
wide) cultivar is
a
sport of H. 'Cotton Candy'. The foliage is dark
green with a creamy white marginal variegation which is
speckled with dark green.
Its leaves are broadly ovate,
slightly twisted, moderately cupped and moderately
corrugated with a slightly shiny top. Near white flowers
with light purple stripes bloom from mid-July into
August on scapes up to 20 inches tall. It sets seed but
their viability was not known at the time of
registration.
The registration materials state: "...Dark green
centers with variable width, feathered, heavily misted
creamy white margins." |
