of Wisconsin, this cultivar was registered in
2021
as an open pollinated seedling of H. 'Carol'. It is a miniature to
small size (7 inches high by 28 inches wide) hosta with
dark green foliage. The ovate leaves are slightly folded
and slightly shiny on top. It bears purple, tubular
shape
flowers from July into August and sets seeds whose
viability was unknown at the time of registration.
According to the Registration materials:
"This fast growing rhizomatous, viridescent cultivar
emerges cream colored and gradually changes to light
green then dark green, and has purple striped
flowers...emerges cream then gradually changes to dark
green..."
