This cultivar is a sport of H. 'Blue Mammoth' which has white margined leaves (although the one pictured above does not). It was registered by Robert Cory of Cory's Wildflower Garden in Ohio in 2004. Typical of its type, it forms a large size mound and bears near white flowers in mid-June.
