Originated by Stefan Rank of Austria, this non-registered cultivar is a sport of H. 'Captain Kirk'. It is a small to medium  size hosta with multi-shade green foliage that has a wide creamy white marginal variegation. Speckles of green also appear in the margins. The leaves are slightly convexly (downward) cupped. Pale lavender blooms appear from mid-July into August. This is a 'Fortunei' type hosta. It does not form seeds.

This is named for a character in the TV show, Battlestar Galactica.
