Madelon Gilligan of New Zealand in
2017, this
medium size (12 inches high by 30 inches wide) cultivar is a seedling of H. 'Brant
Rock Jetty'. The bright, light green leaves are broadly
ovate, heavily corrugated and very shiny on top. White
flowers with very pale lavender striping bloom from
mid-July into August on scapes about 20 inches tall. It
sets viable seed. The
registration materials state: "...seeds obtained
from
Rick Goodenough of Massachusetts...Nice combination of bright green
color (like Granny Smith apple) and heavy
corrugation...Stays a brilliant light green all season."
