This cultivar of unidentified parentage which was originated by
Clayton Burkey of
Pennsylvania and registered by
Steve and Sarah Zolock of Pennsylvania in 2005. The upright growing hosta becomes a large size
plant about 24 inches in height. Its blue-green leaves
are cupped and heavily corrugated. Near white flowers
bloom in July.
E. Clayton Burkey
(1931-2015) was proprietor of Hickory Hills Gardens in
Pennsylvania and a noted hybridizer of daylilies.
