this large size (20 inches high by 28 inches wide) cultivar is a seedling of
(H. 'Color Fantasy' x
open-pollinated seedling) ×
H. montana 'Aureomarginata'.
It has dark green foliage with a white marginal
variegation. The leaves are ovate, very slightly folded,
wavy, very slightly rippled and dull on top. Its
petioles are green with white edges. Pale lavender to
near white flowers bloom on scapes up to 30 inches tall
in July followed by viable seeds.
The registration materials state: "...Sweeping and
graceful describe this plant with wide creamy margins
that clearly define where they go. A grand looking plant
that enhances anything beside it."
