This is a form of Hosta longipes found growing near Mt. Buku in Japan. It is a small size plant with green streaked foliage with some leaves have a yellow to white margin. The leaves are ovate to nearly round in shape.

According to The Hosta Journal (2006 Vol. 37 No. 1), there is also a cultivar named 'Chichibu'...or one or the other is a misspelling.
