This hybrid of (H. 'Beatrice' × H. 'Garnet Prince') x H. pycnophylla was originated by Jim Dishon of Michigan and registered by Alex Malloy of New York in 2004. The medium size hosta has pale green foliage with creamy yellow marginal variegation. Its leaves are slightly rippled and have burgundy red petioles. Purple flowers bloom on deep red scapes from late August into September.
