This hybrid of H. 'Gold Regal' × H. 'Blue Vision' was
registered by Mark Zilis of Illinois in 2009. The
medium size mound
grows to about 16 inches in height with a spread of 28 inches.
Its leaves are glaucous on top with a thick glaucous bloom on
the bottom. They are ovate in shape with a cordate base. Its
flowers bloom from June into mid-July.
Cerulean is a term that refers to colors in the blue range of
the light spectrum including deep blue, sky-blue, bright blue or
azure color through greenish blue colors.
