This is a tissue culture sport of H. 'Cat's Eye' and is a non-registered cultivar from Mark Zilis of Illinois. It is a medium size (18 inches high) plant with green foliage. Pale purple flowers bloom in July.

According to The Hostapedia by Mark Zilis (2009), "This name can be used for any green-leaved sport of 'Cat's Eye'. It matures as a small mound of foliage, much like H. venusta."
