miniature size (5 inches high by 9 inches wide) cultivar is a
sport of H. 'Lakeside Little Tuft'. The dark
green foliage has creamy yellow streaked variegation.
Its leaves are lanceolate, very shiny on top, flat and
wavy with quite short petioles. Flowers bloom from
mid-July into August on scapes up to 18 inches tall.
The registration materials state: "Irregular creamy
yellow streaks that turn white as the season progresses.
Short petioles and very fertile...Creamy yellow streaks turn white and
green darkens as season progresses."
