Registered by Butch Graves
of Ohio in 2016, this medium size (17 inches high by 30
inches wide) cultivar is a seedling of H. 'Xanadu
Virginia Mary'. The foliage is dark green with a creamy
white marginal variegation. Its leaves are lightly wavy,
slightly shiny on top with the creamy white carrying
down into the petiole. The flowers have light striping
and bloom from mid-July into August with dark purple
scapes up to 29 inches tall. Seeds are borne in purple
pods. The registration
materials state: "Dark purplish scapes and flowers make
a stunning display in late summer. The creamy white
margins are sometimes streaked with light green."
