Dr. Ed Elslager of Michigan registered this hybrid of an unnamed seedling of H. 'Dorothy Benedict' × H. 'Maekawa' in 2002. It is a large size plant reaching a height of around 24 inches and a spread of about 40 inches. Some leaves are green and streaked with specks of green and gold while others are green with a yellow marginal variegation. Pale lavender flowers bloom in July followed by many seed pods.
