This cultivar is a tissue culture sport of H. 'Sultana' which was registered by Jan van den Top of the Netherlands in 2004. It forms a small size mound about 12 inches tall with a spread of 24 inches. The leaves are dark green with a gold marginal variegation. They are slightly corrugated with good substance. It bears pale lavender flowers in late June.
