This cultivar is a sport of H. 'Captain Kirk' was originated by Jan van den Top of the Netherlands and registered in 2008 by Danny Van Eechaute of Belgium. It is a medium size hosta which grows to about 14 inches in height with a spread of around 23 inches. The leaves are light green with a creamy white marginal variegation. They are broadly ovate, slightly corrugated and dull on top. Pale lavender, tubular flowers bloom from late June into July.
