The cultivar of unidentified parentage is from Dr. Ralph (Herb) Benedict of Michigan and was registered on his behalf by Kevin Walek (Hosta Registrar) in 2009. It forms a medium size (15 inches high by 25 inches wide) plant with medium to dark green foliage which has a yellow to white marginal variegation. The leaves are moderately corrugated, broadly ovate and dull on top. Pale purple flowers bloom from mid-July into August.
