This cultivar of unidentified parentage was originated by Keith Squires of Canada registered by Peter Ruh of Ohio in 1999. It is a medium size (12 inches high by 29 inches wide) hosta with blue-green foliage which changes to green later in the summer. The leaves are faintly corrugated, heart shaped and have a distinctive tip. Lavender flowers bloom in July.

According to The Hostapedia by Mark Zilis (2009), "...bears a resemblance to Hosta nakaiana..."
